EXCHANGE
If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so within 7 days of delivery date. Fill out the Return Form choosing the “Exchange” option and select a replacement size and/or color from those available. Please contact us in order to hold the item for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order. You may exchange for a different product, color or size in our physical Tholos Stores (Rethymno, Greece) , bringing the return form and receipt of your order to the store.

STORE CREDIT
Fill out the Return Form choosing the “Store Credit” option and the amount of your return will be credited to a coupon code that you will receive in your email for your future purchases. Coupon Code is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them. Please ensure that the returned items are clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn and unwashed. All shoes should be tried on a soft carpeted surface so that the soles are not damaged. Swimwear should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Tholos e-shop reserves the right to refuse refunds that are not sent according to the return terms as well as the instructions accompanying each order. In case of unauthorized or unapproved refunds, the products will be returned to the original order’s shipping address.

MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

In case you want to modify or cancel the item/items ordered before you receive the shipping confirmation e-mail, contact us at: info@tholos.ελ. After the shipping of your order, we cannot make any changes to your order. If the order has been shipped and you no longer want it, please return your order.
